caret-color: red;">在蚕丝制作的工艺方面，对蚕茧的选择、煮茧火候的掌握、拉棉力道的控制，都凝结着一代代老手艺人的独有智慧。</span><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">1、选茧</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong><br></strong>现在市面上蚕丝主要分两种：桑蚕丝和柞蚕丝。<br>看颜色：桑蚕丝是那种柔和的洁白，有莹润的光泽，好似皮肤的莹白；柞蚕丝没有经过漂白的时候是偏淡黄色的，经过漂白的是惨白色，缺乏光泽。<br>摸手感：桑蚕丝手感稍微有一种抓手的涩感，是皮肤与皮肤摩擦那种感觉；柞蚕丝手感更粗糙，还会有些打结。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">2、煮茧</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong><br></strong>放入特殊的容器中煮，这个也是一个脱脂的过程，最后表层的大部分丝胶脱落，蚕丝的重量减少一半。脱脂之后蚕丝被不容易板结，可以做到免翻。<br>煮茧是很有讲究的，首先是时间一定要掌握好，煮太烂，做被子就不牢固，太生了则影响加工，成品了也会有生块。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">3、剥茧</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br>用指甲剥开蚕茧取出蚕蛹，并把蚕茧撑开套在手上，摘去蚕蛹和其黑色的部分，叠至5-6层取下并轻轻拉成正方形的蚕丝小片，上等的双宫茧只要在手上拨5个左右就可以拉成一小块。这个过程在干净的流动水中进行是最好的。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">4、开绵</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br>开是撑开、拉开的意思，绵是蚕丝绵兜的意思。把上面的蚕丝小片套在一个弓形的竹制工具上，叠至5~6层厚取下就成了一个个湿的桑蚕丝绵兜。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">5、晒绵</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br>把湿的蚕丝绵兜用脱水机脱去水分，再用尼龙线串起来拿到太阳下晒干。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">6、拉伸</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br>首先将一只只晒干的半圆形的绵兜，扯开一个缺口，拉成绵片，然后由四个人拉住绵片四端，用劲将绵片扯成一层层丝绵。<br>它要依照密度需求，不强不弱、不急不慢地绷扯。要扯成“匀薄如纸”、“莹洁如玉”的柔嫩绵絮才算可以，这个步骤十分费时，要求的是耐力。<br>一般35个左右的蚕丝绵兜才拉1斤蚕丝被胎。一个蚕丝绵兜需要25个左右的双宫茧，也就说，一斤蚕丝被的胎芯需要800多个双宫茧，一床一斤半的蚕丝被就需要耗尽上千个双宫茧，蚕丝被的珍贵也在于它的来之不易。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">7、翻被</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br>将拉扯好的柔嫩丝絮一层层地叠起来作被芯，再用全棉或真丝作被面或被套，把被芯套进被套的时候要先在内部的四周定好线固定，翻转过来之后被面上面也要适当定位&nbsp;，以保证蚕丝被不会滑动变形。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">8、手工定位</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br>将蚕丝与被胆固定在一起，防止蚕丝在被胆内滑动，这样一床纯手工的蚕丝被才算基本完成。</span></p><section class="_135editor" data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="115362"><section style="margin: 20px auto;"><section style="display: flex;justify-content: center;"><section><section style="display: flex;justify-content: center;"><section style="background-color: rgb(244, 248, 251);
