line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background: transparent;"><p style="vertical-align: inherit; line-height: 2em;">　<br>一、何为染色？<br>　　染色是把纤维材料染上颜色的加工过程。它是借助染料与纤维发生物理化学或化学的结合，或者用化学方法在纤维上生成染料而使整个纺织品成为有色物体。染色产品不但要求色泽均匀，而且必须具有良好的染色牢度。<br>　　根据染色加工的对象不同，染色方法可分为织物染色、纱线染色和散纤维染色等三种。其中织物染色应用最广，纱线染色多用于色织物和针织物，散纤维染色则主要用于混纺或厚密织物的生产，都以毛纺织物为主。<br>　　研究染色的目的在于能够合理地选择和使用染料，正确制订和进行染色加工，获得高质量的染色成品。</p><br><p style="vertical-align: inherit; line-height: 2em;">二、染色理论<br>　　把纤维浸入一定温度下的染料水溶液中，染料就从水相向纤维中移动，此时水中的染料量逐渐减少，经过一段时间以后，就达到平衡状态。<br>　　水中减少的染料，就是向纤维上移动的染料。在任意时间取出纤维，即使绞拧，染料也仍留在纤维中，并不能简单地使染料完全脱离纤维，这种染料结合在纤维中的现象，就称为染色。<br>　　若把海绵浸入染液中，染料溶液也能进入海绵内部，可是即使时间长，染料溶液的浓度也不变化，将海绵取出绞拧时，染料和水同时又从海绵内挤出来，所以说海绵并未被染色。</p><br><p style="vertical-align: inherit; line-height: 2em;">三、染色基本过程<br>　　按照现代的染色理论的观点，染料之所以能够上染纤维，并在纤维织物上具有一定牢度，是因为染料分子与纤维分子之间存在着各种引力的缘故，各类染料的染色原理和染色工艺，因染料和纤维各自的特性而有很大差别，不能一概而论。<br>就其染色过程而言，大致都可以分为三个基本阶段。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; line-height: 2em;">1.吸附<br>　　当纤维投入染浴以后，染料先扩散到纤维表面，然后渐渐地由溶液转移到纤维表面，这个过程称为吸附。随着时间的推移，纤维上的染料浓度逐渐增加，而溶液中的染料浓度却逐渐减少，经过一段时间后，达到平衡状态。吸附的逆过程为解吸，在上染过程中吸附和解吸是同时存在的。<br>2.扩散<br>　　吸附在纤维表面的染料向纤维内部扩散，直到纤维各部分的染料浓度趋向一致。由于吸附在纤维表面的染料浓度大于纤维内部的染料浓度，促使染料由纤维表面向纤维内部扩散。此时，染料的扩散破坏了最初建立的吸附平衡，溶液中的染料又会不断地吸附到纤维表面，吸附和解吸再次达到平衡。<br>3.固着<br>　　是染料与纤维结合的过程，随染料和纤维不同，其结合方式也各不相同。<br>　　上述三个阶段在染色过程中往往是同时存在，不能截然分开。只是在染色的某一段时间某个过程占优势而已。</p></section></section><section style="display: flex;justify-content: flex-end;align-items: flex-start;margin: -5px 0 0 0;"><section class="assistant" style="width: 35px;"><img class="assistant" style="vertical-align: inherit;
