color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><p hm_fix="273:314" style="vertical-align:inherit;">01 清梳工序的“一组矛盾、三个规律”</p><p hm_fix="273:314" style="vertical-align:inherit;"><br>&nbsp; 开松度、除杂效率与棉结增长率、短绒增长率是一组矛盾。开松度越好，除杂效率越高，带来的矛盾就是棉结增长率、短绒增长率高。很多人为了降低棉结，在清花工序过分地提高打手速度，增加打击，这是错误的。<br>三个规律，即：①&nbsp;清花流程越长，除杂越好，同时棉结、短绒增长越高；②&nbsp;开清部分打手速度越高，棉结、短绒增长越多；③&nbsp;清花、梳棉具有互补性，即清花落得少，梳棉就落得多，但总的除杂效率基本接近。<br>这“一组矛盾、三个规律”是清梳工序的普遍规律。<br><br></p><p hm_fix="273:314" style="vertical-align:inherit;">02 清梳工序棉结和短绒的相互关系</p><p hm_fix="273:314" style="vertical-align:inherit;"><br>a）&nbsp;棉结与短绒既是一对孪生兄弟，又是一对矛盾体。<br>b）&nbsp;梳棉机刺辊部位是增加短绒的主要部位，其次是精开棉机。<br>c）&nbsp;梳棉是解决棉结和短绒问题的主要工序，梳棉机的综合状态对解决棉结和短绒问题起到关键作用。<br>d）&nbsp;原料状况与棉结、短绒显著正相关。<br>e）&nbsp;短绒率与棉结及各工序落棉率显著正相关。<br>f）&nbsp;梳理可以清除筵棉或棉卷中的多数棉结，但仅靠梳理很难完全清除棉结，必须通过梳理+排除才能取得好的效果。<br>g）短绒的3大特点：①&nbsp;形成短绒的纤维多为不成熟纤维；②&nbsp;由于短绒是无规律分布于纤维束中，难以排除，只有经过梳理暴露才能排除其中一部分（盖板是排除短绒最多的部位）；③&nbsp;短绒在梳理时不易被握持，加上纤维的抗弯、抗扭性能差，极易产生卷曲纠缠而产生棉结。实际生产中，应针对性处理。<br>h）&nbsp;梳理过程中纤维被梳理得越充分，纤维越容易受到损伤，对质量的负面影响就越大。因此，梳理必须结合原料质量、成纱质量综合平衡，做好这一点，设备状态是关键。</p><p hm_fix="273:314" style="vertical-align:inherit;"><br>03 对梳理度的判断</p><p hm_fix="273:314" style="vertical-align:inherit;"><br>&nbsp; 要解决好棉结增长率与短绒增长率这“一组矛盾”，关键是要掌握梳理度的问题。<br>如果梳理隔距过紧、梳理速度过高、道夫转移率过低、梳棉机台时产量过低、生条定量过轻、出条速度偏低等，就会造成生条过熟，在后工序加工时纤维抱合力差、短绒多、飞花大，纤维缺乏弹性，强力变低。<br>生条过生，纤维分离度不好，不利于后工序的顺利牵伸，对成纱条干、常发性纱疵、偶发性纱疵均会造成不良影响，因此，掌握好这个度需要技术人员在实践中摸索。总体来说，很多棉纺厂梳理过度所占的比例较大，这与以往“紧隔距、强分梳”的工艺理念的惯性有很大关系。<br>分梳过度，棉网缺乏张力和弹性，特别是棉网边缘有一碰就破的感觉；条子缺乏抱合力和弹性，用手拉条子时能感觉出抱合力较弱，用近似于棉花手扯长度时的方法拉纤维时，须条感觉很疲，缺少张力反弹，就像手扯原棉时感觉成熟不好；梳棉机龙头喇叭口处短绒集聚较快。从上述3个方面基本可以确定是否分梳过度。<br>&nbsp;
