color: #000000;">虽然是根据正常的纺织、设计做成了纺织品、但在染色加工过程、印花加工过程的阶段中形成了纬斜。这种纬斜事故在染色、印花工厂多发生于短纤维织物、长丝织物的平纹布。原因是以绳状染色、洗净的布容易发生纬斜。因为愈柔软的布料其组织愈是容易变形。因此，绳状染色以及用类似于此的染色机染色的话，平纹布发生纬斜的情况就特别显著，容易形成织物的纬斜与蛇行(S形)状态。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">当弯曲产生次品，织物的组织发生弯曲的话，使用该织物的纺织品（浸染、连续染色、印花）全部会成为次品。特别是印花整理的时候，弯曲状态一目了然。使用发生纬斜的织物进行印花整理，结果导致「弯曲」事故的状态。印花花纹对织物呈弯曲状。圆网印花机或自动平网印花机的刮浆用导带，如果与未经整纬的织物粘在一起的话，就容易造成纬斜。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section>
