<section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor"><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="123442"><section style="margin: 10px auto;"><section style="display: inline-block;"><section style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;padding: 4px 1em;color: #fff;background: #80c45d;"><strong class="135brush" data-brushtype="text">分散染色牢度为什么差？</strong></section></section><section style="display: flex;margin-top: -5px;"><section class="assistant" style="width: 1px; height: 100px; background: rgb(128, 196, 93); align-self: flex-end; overflow: hidden;"></section><section style="width: 100%; border-top: 1px solid rgb(128, 196, 93); border-right: 1px solid rgb(128, 196, 93); border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(128, 196, 93); max-width: 100% !important;" data-width="100%"><section style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-image: initial; padding: 1em; border-left: none;"><section class="135brush" data-autoskip="1"><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　分散染色主要是涤纶纤维染色时候是高温高压，虽然分散染料分子小，但是也不能保证染色时候染料分子全部进入纤维内部，有的分散染料会附着在纤维表面，造成牢度过差，做还原清洗用是为了将没有进入纤维内部的染料分子破坏提高牢度，改善色光等作用。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　涤纶织物分散染料染色,尤其是中、深色染色,为了充分去除浮色及残留在织物表面的低聚物,提高染色牢度,染色后通常需要进行还原清洗。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　混纺面料一般是指纱线由两种或两种以上的成份混纺而成，因此这种布料就具有了这两种成份所具有的优点。而且可以通过调整成份比例，来获取其中一种成份的更多特性。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　而混纺一般是指短纤混纺，也就是不同成份的两种纤维都是以短纤的形式混合在一起的。例如:涤棉混纺布，也通常叫T/C,CVC.T/R等。它是有涤纶短纤和棉纤维或人造纤维混纺的纱织造的。它其有的优点是:具有全棉布的外观和手感，减弱了涤纶布的化纤光泽和化纤手感，提高层次。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　提高了色牢度，由于涤纶布是高温上色，色牢度比全棉色牢度要高，因此涤棉混纺布色牢度相比全棉色牢度也有提升。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　然而要提高涤棉布的色牢度，必须要做还原清洗(就是所谓的R/C)，在高温染完分散以后的后处理。只有做了还原清洗以后才能达到理想的色牢。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　短纤混纺使得各组成份的特性可以均匀的发挥，同理，其它成份混纺也可以发挥各自的优点，达到一些功能性或舒适性或经济性的要求，但是，涤棉混纺布在高温分散染色中，由于棉或人棉纤维的混纺，且染色温度不能高于全涤布的温度。而涤棉或涤棉人造纤维布种在强碱或者保险粉的刺激下，会使纤维强力或撕破力剧烈下降，而在后续环节中很难达到产品的质量。</p><p><br></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor"><p><br></p></section></section>
