width: 100%; display: block; transform: rotateY(180deg); max-width: 100% !important;" src="https://bcn.135editor.com/files/images/editor_styles/bf87f0826bad28b964bd6ae4b3963107.png" data-width="100%" draggable="false" data-ratio="1" data-w="20"></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">1.摇架老化、损坏、加压过小(弹簧老化或气囊系统漏气)。<br>2&nbsp;.摇架销轴脱出:气动摇架前钳轴,弹簧摇架后钳轴。<br>3.摇架轴螺丝松动、气动摇架气囊盖螺丝。<br>4.摇架轴与罗拉座固定处断裂(摇架加压时力量过大)。<br>5.摇架上肖卡簧老化,间隙大,上肖前后移动。<br>6.胶辊硬度过高,直径过小,包覆厚度太薄,中凹损伤、涂层太厚、太薄、涂料不当。<br>7.胶圈太厚太硬,内径过小,表面有油污,严重中凹或变形,上下新胶圈同时使用,胶圈有损伤,上下胶圈不齐正,下胶圈太偏无皮圈纺纱。<br>8.中铁锟轴承磨损严重,缺油,有铁锈,中铁辊小皮圈间有积花。<br>9.前后胶辊位置不当,有效压力过小或过大。前胶辊前倾过多,V型牵伸后胶辊位置过后。<br>10.后罗拉滑座螺丝松动,后罗拉钳后握持力小。<br>11.上肖位置不当:过后,压下皮圈;过前,蹭磨、撑支前胶辊,上皮圈磨前罗拉。<br>12.上肖卡簧缺少,上肖上扬磨前皮辊,上肖卡簧老化,压力过小。<br>13.碳纤上肖边耳损坏或金属上肖变形。<br>14.摇架加压过大,紧密纺分压器损坏断裂。<br>15.压力棒变形,隔距块未上到为,须条跑压力棒上。<br>16.紧密纺导向辊压力不当。<br>17.细纱导纱动程过大,偏。<br>18.下肖上倒上错,下肖末端未放到位,压中罗拉轴承。<br>19.大张力架缠绕粗纱或飞花。<br>20.大张力架轴调节盘定位不当。<br>21.横动装置失效或动程过小,皮辊磨损中凹。<br>22.后罗拉缠花,绕粗纱。<br>23.后罗拉头齿轮啮合不良。<br>24.后罗拉退丝脱开。</span></p><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph"><p><br></p></section></section>
