word-wrap: break-word !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">合理的捻系数选择直接影响到细纱成纱质量、条干<em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">CV</em>值、粗、细节等指标。从各项指标分析得知,粗纱捻回产生的附加摩擦力界能有效控制纤维的运动,合理的捻系数使纱条紧密度增大,从而使纱条内纤维之间接触点上压力增大,增大了纤维之间的抱合力,牵伸须条联系紧密不发生分裂,被上、下胶圈握持而不发生翻动;细纱过程中要尽量使纤维的变速点集中而稳定并且向前钳口转移,这就要求后钳口纤维对纱条中的浮游纤维的控制力要大于前钳口对浮游纤维的引导力,这样将更有利于提高条干均匀度。试验表明,粗纱捻系数为114的条件下纱线的条干水平最好,考虑到试验中所采用的粗纱为等级较低的短绒棉经配比而得,棉纤维长度较短,纤维品级较差,因此采用较高的捻系数反而有利于粗纱的加捻,故选定粗纱捻系数114更合理。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;
