color: #333333; letter-spacing: 1.5px; text-align: justify; caret-color: red; font-size: 15px;">冷轧堆技术在棉印染中用活性染料染色及棉布退浆中获得成功,冷轧堆的节水节能优越性非常显著,受到印染企业普遍欢迎,并被广泛应用。国内已经有人在研究将这一技术思路移植到丝绸脱胶精炼工序上来。如果将这一技术应用到丝绸生产工艺上来,不但会节约大量的水和蒸氧,而且还可大大减少传统精炼设备对丝绸造成的灰伤、吊攀印、皱印等病疵,对节能、环保、提高产品质量都将大有好处。有试验说明在35℃的温度中,薄型、纬密较低的绸缎24小时可完成脱胶(传统工艺需高温96-98℃微沸条件下反复精炼才能完成,需时5-10余小时)。中厚型、纬密较高的绸缎需96小时才能达到23%左右的脱胶率,从实践结果看,冷轧堆技术应用不仅在时间上较长,而且白度也不够,看来要在丝绸产品上真正实现冷轧堆技术精涤脱胶工业化,关键在研究开发出比目前炼脱胶更高效的精炼剂或精炼酶,而且时间要降在24小时之内,要做到这点,冷轧堆炼丝绸才有工业化价值。</span></p><section class="_135editor" data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="113447"><section style="margin: 20px auto;"><section style="display: flex;justify-content: center;align-items: flex-end;"><section><section style="display: flex;justify-content: center;align-items: center;"><section class="assistant" style="width: 30px;
