<section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor"><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="112505"><section style="margin: 20px auto;"><section style="display: flex;justify-content: flex-start;align-items: flex-end;margin: 0 0 -12px 17px;"><section class="assistant" style="width: 38px; margin-right: 10px;"><img class="assistant" style="vertical-align: inherit; width: 100%; display: block; max-width: 100% !important;" src="https://bcn.135editor.com/files/images/editor_styles/38f2296090d3efe0a639c805e209eb8f.png" data-width="100%" title="组 6.png" alt="" draggable="false"></section><section class="assistant" style="width: 55%; height: 4px; background-color: rgb(255, 202, 130); overflow: hidden; max-width: 55% !important;" data-width="55%"></section></section><section style="background-color: rgb(255, 249, 244); padding: 35px 25px;"><section data-autoskip="1" class="135brush" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(80, 68, 69); background: transparent;"><p style="vertical-align: inherit; line-height: 1.75em;">主要包括两个方面：<br>1）、筒子在筒子架上的位置，即我们常说的上中下、前中后位置。因为上中下三层相对与经纱伸缩筘的距离不同，摩擦包围角也就不同，产生的摩擦力也就不同，从而使得经纱的张力不同。前中后，距离不同，产生的摩擦力不同，因此张力不同。<br>2）、纱线穿入伸缩筘的位置：即引纱方法。它分分层穿和分排穿。穿法不同，纱线相对与伸缩筘的摩擦包围角不同，因而摩擦力不同，纱线的张力也就不同。<br>另外，筒子与筒子架之间两边的距离不统一，造成两边的片纱张力不匀。<br>二）、纱线排列均匀<br>纱线的排列是否均匀，直接影响轴的平整度。纱线排列不均匀，有的地方较密，有的地方较稀，卷绕成经轴后形成一道道的沟槽。凸起的地方张力大，凹下去的地方张力小，大小相差较多的地方，浆纱时易产生压纱和割刀，同时还容易造成浆纱起梳不匀，影响织轴的平整度，引起浆纱伸长的大小不一致，张力大小不一致。尤其对喷织来说，织轴的浆纱张力不一致，易产生经纱挂纱，纬向停台较多。<br>三）、卷绕密度均匀<br>卷绕密度的大小影响到纱线的弹性。经轴卷绕密度的大小应根据纤维的种类及织物的品种而定。在满足生产的同时，应尽可能的保持纱线的弹性，以利于浆纱和织造。若卷绕密度过大，纱线的弹性损失过多，织造肯定断头多。</p></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor"><p style="vertical-align:inherit;"><br></p></section></section>
