&nbsp; 一、起毛圈机构 &nbsp; &nbsp;毛巾织物一般有3纬起圈和4纬起圈两种起圈工艺。所谓3纬起圈就是以3纬为一个起圈纬循环,在一个起圈纬循环的前两纬时,新打入的纬纱与织口保持一定的距离,该距离的大小决定起毛圈的高低,在打第3纬时3根纬纱夹持着毛经沿地经被打入织口,毛经在织口和3根新纬纱形成的两个夹持点的作用下被拥起,而形成毛圈。4纬起圈原理相同。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp; &nbsp; 在织造毛巾类织物时,经纱分为毛经和地经,分别满足地组织用经纱和起毛圈用经纱。两种经纱张力不同,织造时消耗的纱线长度也不同,所以毛经和地经必须分别在两个织轴上,由两套相互独立的送经机构分别控制。通常两套送经机构为上下设置,下织轴送经机构用于控制地经,是一般织机必备的机构;上织轴送经机构位于下织轴送经机构的上方,是为控制毛经的送经量和张力而增加的机构,故上织轴送经机构又可称为毛经送经机构,目前多采用电子送经控制方式,其作用是根据织物纬密和毛圈高度在织造过程中送出定量的具有一定张力的毛经,满足织造需求。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
