margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 14px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  我国是纺织大国,对原棉的需求量较大,国产棉的产量难以满足纺织行业的需求,需从国外进口原棉。最初是为了对外贸易上的需要,后来农科院、纺织院校出于科研和教学工作的需要,新疆生产建设兵团、棉麻系统及大型的纺织企业等为了提高产品质量,纷纷采用了HVI系统。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 14px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  虽然HVI系统在国内的使用过程还不顺畅,但是其先进性、科学性不容置疑。早在十多年前,国内一些学者就提出在掌握HVI系统使用技术的基础上对其国产化,而后逐步推广应用,并根据国情形成自己的技术特色。按照国务院批准的《棉花质量检验体制改革方案》要求,从2005年度起,我国逐步推行棉花质量检验新体制,力争5年内将棉花质量检验由感官检验逐步过渡到仪器化检验。棉花质量检验新体制的核心是用HVI和棉结仪进行分级,代替感官检验为主的棉花分级。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
