outline: none 0px !important;">　　答 进口防水剂多数是含氟产品，应用方法简便。目前国产防水剂尚未见类似产品。根据国家标准GB 5326--1985的要求，用国产防水剂是可以做到的。下面介绍宜兴市化工厂生产的防水剂SGF及使用方法。　　①防水剂SGF外观为奶黄色粒状固体，是由高级脂肪醇或高级脂肪酸将氨基树脂初缩体中的部分羟甲基进行醚化或酯化后的化合物与石蜡、乳化剂和溶剂组成的产物。使用前先用醋酸乳化成工作液，织物浸轧后进行预烘、焙烘，在催化剂硫酸铝的作用下与纤维交联，从而获得拒水效果。　　②乳化方法。将防水剂和醋酸及与防水剂等量的水放在高位槽中，开动搅拌机用直接蒸汽加热至80～90℃，待防水剂全部溶解后慢慢加水到300L左右，临用前加入预先溶解好的硫酸铝，稀释至500L，保温60℃左右待用。乳化后的乳液应呈白色不发黏的稳定液体，静置不分层，用稀释法测定乳液应均匀扩散，无颗粒。　　③工作液处方。防水剂SGF 20kg，醋酸3．2kg，硫酸铝2kg，低甲醛或无甲醛树脂40kg，氯化镁4kg，加水成500L。　　④工艺流程。色布(涤／棉深蓝色卡其布)浸轧工作液(四浸一轧，温度60 ℃)→两组红外线预烘一两组633烘燥(1﹟70～80℃，2﹟90～100℃)→一组烘筒烘燥→681焙烘(160℃，3min)→热拉→成品　　⑤测试数据。见表5…6。　　表5-6测试数据</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
