margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　中性蓝BNL是一种2：1型的金属络合染料，其基本结构是由染料母体、亲水性基团、金属铜离子三部分组成。2：1型金属络合染料大多数是铬化合物，上染率高、耐晒牢度好。从染料结构来说，金属原子与染料分子以配位键结合，所以稳定性高、不易分解、染色牢度好，特别是湿处理牢度。中性染料和弱酸性染料不同之处为弱酸性染料结构中带有阴离子性的磺酸基团，而中性染料结构中为非离子性的弱亲水基团磺酰氨基(一S02NH2)或磺酰烷基(一S02CH3)。它的金属离子外配位层与钠离子成盐式结构，染料大分子在水溶液中是带负电荷的络合离子。因此染色时或化料时不能使用硬水，因水中钙、镁离子能与染料负电荷络合离子结合，而对染料溶解度、上染率及色光都能产生一定的影响。有人在试验中得知，中性蓝BNL用硬水化料，其上染率要比软水化料降低2成左右。用中性蓝BNL染色时，其上染过程与弱酸性染料十分相似，染浴pH值能直接影响上染速率，加醋酸有促染作用。为避免上染太快造成染色不匀，应严格控制染色pH值在7左右(可用硫酸铵调节)。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
