margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　①硫化碱用量要足，一般为100％硫化黑：60％硫化碱=1：1。但要注意国产硫化黑染料的力份有高有低（100％～150％），硫化碱的有效成分也有不同（含硫化钠50％～62％），应按染料、硫化碱的力份不同而增减比例。硫化碱拆箱后，暴露在空气中，容易氧化成灰白色粉末，降低甚至失去还原能力。为此，在使用前应加强检测。硫化碱用量也不宜过多，否则，会降低上染率。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　⑤硫化元青染料在化料时必须匀透，如果染料溶解不良，会导致大量染料附着于织物表面，染后产生古铜色条花。合理的化料方法是：染料先用适量的热水打浆并加入适量太古油调和，而后倒人卷染机脚水中（内含全量硫化碱和2g／L纯碱），边搅拌边加热至沸，煮沸10min，务必使染料溶化溶透，而后用水冲化至规定量并调至规定温度。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
