传统纺纱纱线的结构对拉伸特性和其他特性的影响也是很大的。除了纱线中纤维排列的平行程度、伸直程度、内外层转移次数等之外,最重要的影响因素是纱线的捻度。传统纺纱的纱线,随着捻度增加,开始强度上升,当捻度达到一定程度时又下降,极大值处是临界捻度(捻系数)。传统纺纱纱线加捻对断裂伸长的影响,如图2-22所示。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin-bottom: 0px; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  股线捻向与单纱捻向相同时,股线强力随捻度增加逐渐上升而后下降,其规律与单纱加捻时相似。股线捻向与单纱捻向相反时,开始合股反向加捻使单纱退捻而结构变松,强度下降,但继续加捻时,纱线结构又扭紧,而且由于纤维在股线中的方向与股线方向的夹角变小,提高了纤维张力在拉伸方向的有效分力,股线反向加捻后,单纱内外层张力差异减小,外层纤维的预应力下降,使承担外力的纤维根数增加。同时,单纱中的纤维,甚至是员外层的纤维,在股线中单纱之间被夹持,使纱线外层纤维也不易滑脱而解体。因而股线强度增加,比合股单纱强度之和还大,达到临界值时,甚至为单纱强度之和的1.4倍左右,如图2—23所示。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
