outline: none 0px !important;"></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin-bottom: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　（4）涤纶的卷曲牢度：涤纶的卷曲弹性回复率对纱线的可纺性有重要的影响。在前纺工序，涤纶在纺纱过程中需要进行5～6道并条机（或针梳机）的反复牵伸、并合，涤纶的卷曲牢度经反复拉伸遭到破坏，卷曲牢度低的涤纶如破坏严重时，纤维近似被拉直，卷曲消失，纤维间的钩接能力下降。在纺纱过程中，尤其在前纺并合过程中的末道并条（或末道针梳机），纱条松散，易绕皮辊、绕罗拉、绕针排、恶化条干、浪费纤维。涤纶的卷曲弹性回复率在82％以上、卷曲个数在12.5个／25mm，可纺性良好。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
