<section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor" style="font-size: medium;"><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor"><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　答 石膏染色法是13本蚕丝试验场开发的一种新型丝绸染色法。所谓石膏就是含有两份结晶水的硫酸钙，难溶于水，100g水中只能溶解0.2～0.3g，它的饱和溶液的pH值为7.2。在常规染色法中，可在染浴中加入石膏，用量为待染丝织物或丝条重量的1％～2％，这样即使是在中性浴中染色，也能获得深浓的色泽。石膏染色法适用于直接、酸性、中性和酸性媒染染料；适用于真丝、羊毛、锦纶、棉和粘胶等纤维。尤其是用酸性缩绒染料对真丝、羊毛染色时，石膏染色法的效果尤为明显。石膏在中性浴中能使染品获得深浓染色效果的原因目前尚不清楚，但有两种可能性。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　①溶解在染浴中的硫酸钙离子进入纤维的非结晶部分，拆开纤维分子主链之间的结合，使染料的吸着席位增多。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　②溶解在染浴中的钙离子和两个染料离子结合，起到如2：1型金属络合染料对纤维染色的作用。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　石膏染色法的主要特点如下。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　①真丝绸用石膏染色法可获得深浓色泽，尤其可解决丝绸元青的问题。又因是中性染色，不会损伤纤维。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　②石膏价格低，用量少，可节省染料，降低成本，还可提高加工效率。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　③适用于所有纤维的染色设备，不需特殊染色设备。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　④适用纤维广泛，真丝、羊毛、锦纶等都适用。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p></section><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph"><p><br></p></section></section>
