cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 片梭织机的投梭机构投梭所需要的能量是通过扭力杆4产生的,当凸轮5回转时,推动三臂杆8上的转子7,并使三臂杆摆动。三臂杆摆动时,推动方形连杆6,拉动短臂3,并使投梭套管9回转。由于投梭套管的前端与扭轴是固定的,使扭轴发生扭转,在扭轴内部就产生了弹性应力,积蓄了弹性能量,在扭轴加扭过程中,投梭臂杆2随同投梭套管同时摆动,使投梭滑块1回退到最左侧的投梭起始位置。直到三臂杆8与方形连杆6处于死心位置时即三臂杆8的摆动中心,三臂杆8与方形连杆6的联结点和方形连杆6与短臂3的联结点三点连成一条直线时,扭轴的加扭过程结束。当凸轮5继续回转时,位于凸轮两侧面的两只转子与三臂杆8的曲面接触,并使三臂杆转动,破坏了三臂杆摆动中心,三臂杆与方形连杆联结点和方形连杆与短臂联结点的三点死心位置,扭轴就开始释放出贮存的弹性能量。扭轴在放出能量时,使投梭套管急速顺时针方向转动,通过投梭杆2和投梭滑块1把片梭加速投出,为了吸收投梭过程中投梭机构的残余惯性力,在片梭织机上装有液压缓冲器。</p><br style="max-inline-size: 100%;
