line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp; &nbsp; 片梭织机的送经机构有四种:一是带常规摆动后梁的机械式送经机构;二是常规摆动后梁的电动机式送经机构;三是经纱张力器的机械式送经机构;四是带经纱张力器的电动机式送经机构。新型片梭织机的送经机构常采用后面两种。机械式送经机构比较复杂,电子控制的电动机式送经机构其结构比较简单,新型的片梭织机的送经机构采用了电子控制的电动机送经机构。</p><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 带经纱张力器的机械式送经机构是由摆动后梁式的经纱调节装置,自动送经传动装置和经轴等组成。经纱张力器的作用就是控制送经传动装置,保证同一数量的经纱始终按恒定的张力输出,而不受经轴卷绕直径变化的影响。此外经纱张力器还能迅速地平衡织机梭口出现的任何经纱张力的峰值。作为控制元件,它是用来连续不断地调节摆动后梁1的位置,使作用在摆动后梁上的经纱张力与方型扭力杆2所产生的反作用力之间保持平衡。如图4-7所示。当摆动后梁所受的经纱张力较大时,摆动后梁就下降,通过与之相连的控制机构,加速驱动送经轴,增加送经量;当摆动后梁所受的经纱张力较小时,摆动后梁就上升,通过与之相连的控制机构,慢速驱动或制动送经轴,减少送经量。</p><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 带经纱张力器的电动机式送经机构主要是由送经驱动电动机,减速齿轮箱,主齿轮装置,摆动后梁传感器,控制箱,摆动后梁和经轴等组成。如图4-8所示。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 带经纱张力器的电动机式送经机构是通过送经驱动电动机4及其减速齿轮箱6,主齿轮装置7不断地将经轴向前转动,使摆动后梁3的位置始终保持相同的高度,经纱张力也一直保持恒定直至织轴的经纱完全送完。摆动后梁3的位置是借助凸轮盘和摆动后梁传感器5来确定,当摆动后梁所受的经纱张力较大时,摆动后梁就下降,摆动后梁传感器5发出信号给控制箱8,控制箱8发出指令,使送经电动机加速送经;当摆动后梁所受的经纱张力较小时,摆动后梁就上升,摆动后梁传感器5发出信号给控制箱8,控制箱8发出指令,使送经电动机减速或制动。由于减速齿轮6和主齿轮装置7并非自锁式,因此送经电动机可以高效运作。它的主要特点是配置了一台制动器,使它能在无电的状态下保持经纱张力。经停期间,送经电动机的速度预调值仍然有效,所以当织机再次启动时,电动机能以正确的送经速度运转。如果控制箱8的电力供应中断时,速度的预调值便会失效,在这种情况下,送经电动机4只能以平均的速度起动,随后在一段短时间内才能被校正至正常速度。当织机停止时,经纱张力可通过控制箱8上的按钮1和2,张紧或放松:当经纱需要张紧时,按下按钮1;当经纱需要放松时,按下按钮2。当两个按钮同时按下时,可调节经纱的张力,使后梁3被调到织布所需张力的预调位置上。</p><br style="max-inline-size: 100%;
