margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  挠性剑带现在多采用多层复合材料制成,它是以多层高强长丝织物为基体,浸渍树脂层压而成,表面被覆盖耐磨层。一般厚2.5~3mm。剑带在工作时要经受反复的弯曲变形,要求弹性恢复性能好,耐磨,有足够的强度,在工作寿命期内,带边不破损,表面不起皮,带体不分层,不断裂。有的挠性剑带采用钢带作为材料,钢带的刚性、弹性好,梭口内可不用导向件,但钢带开孔较困难,不能以轮齿传动,故引纬幅宽受限制。与钢带相仿的是碳素纤维制成的剑带,它具有钢带的优点,并质量轻,但价格较贵。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  剑头的作用是夹持并带引纬纱穿越梭口,送纬剑剑头的作用是在进梭口前拾取并握持纬纱,并在其纱夹的后侧架空一小段纬纱,作为供喂段,由接纬剑钩取;接纬剑剑头的作用是钩取并夹持纬纱,在出梭口后,受开剑板的作用释放纬纱。夹持式剑头可分为积极式和消极式两种。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  (1)叉入式刚性剑杆(剑头):它利用叉型的送纬剑头将筒子上退绕下来的纬纱引入梭口,在筘幅的中间,纬纱头端纱圈被钩状的接纬剑头钩住引出梭口。由于纬纱不剪断,与织物相连,故每次引入双股纬纱,这种剑杆适合织造双纬织物,如帆布、输送带芯等。使用这种剑杆引纬时,由于纬纱会受到叉头及钩头的摩擦,并且纬纱引出速度快,为剑杆的两倍,因此,要求纬纱具有较高的强度和耐磨性。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  (2)夹持式刚性剑杆(剑头):该机构送纬剑头上的钳夹靠送纬侧打开器积极打开和关闭握持纬纱进入梭口,在筘座中央设置有交接指控制送纬剑和接纬剑钳夹打开和关闭。积极控制纬纱交接,在梭口中间位置送纬剑将纬纱头转交到接纬剑头的钳口中,继续将纬纱引过梭口,接纬剑出梭口时靠接纬侧打开器积极打开和关闭送纬剑头的钳口,该装置使其对各种粗细和花色的纬纱均能实现织造。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; outline: none 0px !important;"><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  剑轮往复转动,传动挠性剑带进出梭口。高速引剑时要求剑轮轻,而且有足够的强度,材料可用铝合金或用高强度复合材料,如尼龙并以石墨碳纤维充填增强。剑轮的直径一般为250~450mm,轮齿与剑带孔两者的节距应相互配合。近年来,为提高传剑系统的传动精度,降低传剑机构对剑轮的增速传动比,趋向于用较大的剑轮。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"><br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">  导向器件有导剑钩和导向走剑板(绒布垫)等,对于窄的剑带(16mm)两侧均使用导剑钩,较宽的剑带(24~30mm)往往仅靠织口的一侧有导剑钩。有的织机无导剑钩。剑带在梭口中的导向器件起到两方面的作用,一是稳定剑头和剑带在梭口中的运动;二是托起剑带,减少剑头、剑带与经纱的摩擦。有的织机为减少剑带与经纱的摩擦,将导剑钩做成浮动式导钩,稍稍托起剑带,“浮”在下层经纱之上约1~3mm。如图1-2所示。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%;
