padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　方形架染色机是由挂染槽与星形架的优点综合而成的,其作用和星形架相似,但挂绸比较方便。如图10-19所示。染槽是一方槽,吊架换成了方形架,平幅织物整匹用钢针将两边拴住,每隔数层分开挂在方形架上,每架可挂50g/m2的织物9匹(每匹长40～50m)。用电动吊车把方形架吊入染槽,每个染槽容积1800L,可把方形槽编为一组,成为一条染色生产线。其中,染色槽专门染色(染色残液可续用),后处理槽专门用于水洗及后处理,这样可大大提高生产效率。方形架染色机适用于全真丝织物的染色,其挂绸操作较星形架方便。织物呈松式平幅状态,因而不易擦伤,而且染液的渗透性良好,使染色织物光泽柔和,手感柔软丰满。但此设备容绸量较小,产量较低,也可能产生“刀口印”等疵病。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%;
