margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">置于棉卷罗拉16上的棉卷，依靠摩擦退解（采用清梳联时，由清棉机输出的棉流经管道喂入棉箱18），在给棉罗拉15与给棉板19的共同握持下，喂给刺辊11进行分疏。表面包覆锯条的刺辊告诉回转，使慢速喂入的棉层收到穿刺、分割。刺辊上方的刺辊放气罩吸点13向机外吸气，可以防止由于刺辊高速回转引起陈杂和短绒的飞扬并稳定气流。分梳后的纤维随刺辊一起向下运动时，经过两块刺辊分梳板14。分梳板的前部各有一把除尘刀，用以完成除杂作用。纤维在受到分梳板上锯齿的分梳作用后，通过三角小漏底21，被锡林9高速剥取。锡林剥取的纤维随锡林向上运动，经过三块后固定盖板10两个针面的反复梳理除杂作用后，充塞到盖板针齿内的纤维（主要是短纤维）和杂质在盖板走出工作区后，被盖板花吸点6吸走。由锡林带出的纤维通过四块前固定盖板8的梳理，一部分凝聚到道夫4的针面上，由剥棉罗拉3剥取后收拢成条，经大压辊2压紧后输出，通过圈条器1，有规律地圈放在条筒20内；另一部分未被道夫凝聚的纤维，则随锡林经大漏底与新喂入的纤维混和后进入锡林盖板工作区，再一次受到梳理作用。图中5为清洁辊吸点，7为三角区吸点，17为车肚花吸点。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
