margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 14px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　①氯化亚锡作为还原剂在酸性介质中产生新生态氢，具有强还原作用，但用量要控制得当，能使沾染在锦纶上的分散染料被还原消失。如用量过多，还原过度，上染涤纶的分散染料也遭到破坏，导致产生色浅、色暗及色花、色差等染疵；当用量过少时，不论提高剥色温度或延长剥色时问均无法达到涤深锦浅的效果。锦纶上分散染料的剥色只有在100℃处理20min效果较好，若延长时间则锦纶的强力会受影响，应予注意。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 14px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　②剥色时加入草酸可去除染液中重金属离子对染料色光的影响。同时草酸与亚锡离子化合的同时产生氢离子，使染液中氢离子浓度增加，促进还原作用消失。加入醋酸可调节剥色浴pH值为4～6。剥色时，应按照先醋酸、草酸后氯化亚锡的次序投料，草酸和氯化亚锡应预先分别溶化后加入染缸。投剥色剂前要先排尽染色残液，否则能降低剥色效果。水洗要充分，否则布面上会留有黄斑、浮色等。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
