轧花过程中排出的下脚料的清理回收工艺流程如图10-8所示。首先用扁条滚筒清理机或4～6辊钉齿滚筒清理机,清除子屑、破子壳、小棉子和部分不孕子,再用双齿条滚筒清理机提取长纤维,排出的不孕子经扁条滚筒清理机将杂质进一步清理后,送开不孕子提净机进行破碎,然后再用双齿条滚筒清理机提取短绒,排落的未破碎和未提净的不孕子和杂质,再返回开不孕子提净机,进行循环开花、提净。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 由于轧花车间的尘塔绒纤维较长,一般用多辊钉齿滚筒清理机清理,因其数量不多,可采取定时出料清理的办法。其他纤维较短的尘塔绒,可采用螺旋钉齿滚筒清理机。如清理后仍含有粗子屑,需用齿条滚筒清理机进一步清理,使之符合等内绒要求。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%;
