outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 风力清子机是根据棉子与杂质密度不同的原理设计的,它主要由通风机、螺旋输送器、直管、扬子室等组成,其结构如图9-2所示。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 轧花后的棉子,经过进子螺旋输送器的推移,沿倾斜淌子板11向下滚落,通风机吹风管吹来的气流,使棉子从直管向上送入扬子室,密度大于棉子的石块、碎砖、金属物及其他特殊杂物,则不能随气流上升到扬子室,便下落到重杂物沉积室。吹入扬子室的棉子,由于容积扩大,风速下降,使棉子沉落到出子螺旋输送器上,由输送器输送到剥绒机。密度轻于棉子的尘土、游离纤维、不孕子、枯瘪子等杂质,随气流经排气管进入除尘装置。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 棉子螺旋输送器在入口和出口部位都有一段轴上不装螺旋叶片,这是为了使这空位中经常积满棉子,防止气流外溢。因此,在第一次开车前,应在这段空位中先装满棉子,生产停车再开时,不需再加棉子。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 风力清子机三处装有调节板,即上排杂气流调节板、挡风板、下排杂气流调节板。根据棉子等级、含杂情况、清子量大小,分别调节风速、风向,以达到最佳清理效果。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)下排杂气流调节板是调节气流速度、控制重杂物排落的机构。在通风机风量不变的情况下,调大间距,则流速减慢;反之,流速加快。调整气流调节板的原则是:使密度大于棉子的重杂物能尽量落下来,棉子能吹上去。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)挡风板是控制空气流向的机件,由通风机向上吹送的气流遇挡风板而折向扬子室,棉子则通过板口与斜挡板之间的间隙落下,如将挡风板口位置下放,则板口与斜板隔距扩大,反之,隔距缩小。根据棉子流量多少,可以适当调节隔距,使棉子顺利落下,并阻止气流外溢。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在斜淌板的下端设置了三角形导风板9,它帮助挡风板口促使气流提前转折,确保棉子能顺利落下。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)位于扬子室上排杂的气流调节板,是控制气流速度和轻杂物排出的机构,若将其板口调高,空气流速加快,清出物增多;反之,清出物减少。根据棉子品级和特点,正确调节调节板位置,既可避免小棉子吹入集尘装置,又可最大限度地清出尘土、枯瘪子等轻杂物。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 除了以上三处调节机构外,在通风机的进风口,亦应设置调节门。当调节清子机调节机构不能达到要求的时候,可调节通风机进风口调节门。这样,在其他调节机构位置不变的情况下,关小调节门,通风机产生的风量减少,可使整个系统的气流速度降低;开大调节门,通风机产生的风量增加,使整个系统的气流流速加快。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 目前还有采用阻气阀组合的风力清子机。这种清子机密封严密,可有效防止气流溢出,并有利于改善环境,其结构如图9-3所示。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
