outline: none 0px !important;"> 吸棉分离器实际上就是子棉分离器,也称子棉卸料器。其主要作用是将子棉与运送子棉的载体———空气分离,以便子棉进入下一道工序处理,它也能有效地清除子棉中的轻小杂质,如尘土、棉叶等。子棉分离器的结构形式主要有以下几种。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 1.重力式子棉分离器<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 重力式子棉分离器也称弯流向子棉分离器、反向定网式子棉分离器,其结构如图7-14所示。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 机壳将分离器的内部空间与外界大气隔绝。将滤网做成圆弧形截面,固定在分离器的机身内,阻止子棉运动,并使空气与细小杂质从网孔排出。拨棉打手用于打落贴附在滤网表面的少部分子棉,并起清扫滤网表面的作用。拨棉打手的直径一般为700~1000mm,转速为150~200r/min。闭风阀将子棉卸出分离器,同时起密封作用。吸棉口即子棉进入口,通过变截面管(三角箱)与吸棉管相连接。出风口即含尘空气的出口,通过变截面管与回风管相连接。重力式子棉分离器具有如下优点:<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; outline: none 0px !important;"><span style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 离心式子棉分离器的机壳呈圆弧形,圆弧半径为700mm,当子棉从进棉口进入分离器后,受圆弧形外壳限制,被迫做圆周运动。圆筒形滤网设于分离器的中心,直径为600mm,转速为5~10r/mm。圆筒形的滤网透风面积大,使含尘空气的过滤风速稍有降低,这是离心式子棉分离器压力损失较小的主要原因。清棉辊通常为固定毛刷条,用于清扫圆筒形滤网表面,保持网孔畅通。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 除杂网采用2.5mm厚的钢板冲孔而成,网孔孔径为3.5mm,网面弧度为130°~135°。气流隔板安装在子棉出口处,其作用是切断刺钉滚筒旋转时产生的气流,防止子棉被滚筒带回。为此,气流隔板端部与橡胶刮板顶部的间隙要足够小。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 子棉随气流进入分离器后,依靠3个刺钉滚筒的旋转作用,一边被击松一边向出棉口方向运动。尘粒等细小杂质在松棉过程中与子棉脱离,并在气流的作用下穿过除杂网网孔进入回风管。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 三辊分离器与重力式、离心式分离器相比,具有蓬松子棉团的优点,当用作外吸棉分离器时,能使子棉呈均匀、松散状进入热空气管道及烘干机,有利于提高子棉烘干均匀程度及烘干效率。但三辊分离器的压力损失大(一般在1000Pa左右),小花头损失多。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
