outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 换热器是使两种流体产生热交换的装置。当用蒸汽或有机热载体(HD系列导热油)作加热空气的热源时,需要换热器将热源产生的热能传导给干净的空气。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 子棉烘干采用翅片式换热器。翅片式换热器由若干组无缝管和其上的金属片组成。无缝管呈“之”字形排列,每组可由单排管或多排管组成,固定在钢架上。在“之”字形的无缝管上规律地排列许多金属片,以增加传热面积。金属片有镶筋式和一次挤压成形式两种形式。金属片之间都保持一定的空隙。金属片的形式和金属片之间的隔距可根据需要选定。金属片密集排列,可增大传热面积,提高传热效率,但也会增加气流阻力,降低空气流量。无缝管的一端与蒸汽进气管或导热油供油管相通,另一端与蒸汽出气管或导热油回油管相通。换热器的一侧是空气进入口,另一侧为空气加热后的输出口,其余均封闭。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 锅炉产生的蒸汽或经加热炉加热后的导热油,从总管进入换热器,通过每组无缝管后,再合并排出。无缝管获得热能后,加热所有的金属片,传热面积显著增大,换热器内的温度迅速升高。需加热的空气由送热风机压入换热器内,从若干组无缝管和金属片之间错流(即空气流动方向与热流体流动方向互相垂直)通过。加热后的空气则从输出口输出,进入管道。用锅炉蒸汽作热源的优点是安全可靠、不污染棉花(热空气中无火星、烟尘)、投资较小、使用成本低。缺点是热效率低、在较低的工作压力下,难以获得较高的蒸汽温度。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 用加热炉导热油作热源的优点是安全可靠,不污染棉花;能在较低的运行压力下,获得较高的工作温度;可进行精确的温度调节;热效率较高。缺点是投资大。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.燃煤型热风炉<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 燃煤型热风炉的炉壳呈圆筒形,立式安装。炉壳内部主要有燃烧炉排、辐射换热和对流换热器件。空气进、出口分别位于炉壳下部和上部。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 燃煤型热风炉还需配备引风机和烟尘除尘器等。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 空气由送热风机吹入热风炉内。热风炉内,煤充分燃烧,温度急剧升高,通过辐射和对流加热空气。加热后的空气从热风炉的上部出口进入管道。燃煤产生的烟气,通过引风机排入烟尘除尘器。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 燃烧室由炉排总成、引燃区和燃烧压构成。炉排机构分两种,一种是水平自动往复式,另一种是链条炉排循环式。水平自动往复式炉排下方设分风室,用设置的调风杆调节各风室的供风量;炉体侧面设有排渣门,炉体后端有除渣门。煤仓内装有闸板控制煤层厚度。燃烧室内腔由耐温材料预置而成,燃烧室左侧设有点火门。燃料提升机构位于炉体前方,由煤斗车、导轨架、支撑平台、提升电动机和减速箱构成(HY—F15型没有燃料提升机构)。换热器热风出口与管路相连,在管路上设有测量热空气温度的双金属温度表和热电偶。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 电控柜设有电源开关,控制提升机、换热器鼓风机、引风机、炉排鼓风机、炉排送煤电动机、电动推杆电动机以及显示热风温度的电器仪表等。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 煤通过煤斗车送至煤仓,炉排自前向后缓慢移动,煤随炉排先经煤闸板刮成一定厚度的煤层进入燃烧室引燃区,再迅速起火燃烧,燃烧所需的空气由各风室提供。燃烧所形成的灰渣落入尾部的灰渣室中。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 利用引风机,将热烟气均匀地引入换热器外表面,加热鼓入换热器内壁通道中的冷空气,使之达到要求的温度,并输送到热风出口。烟气经除尘器除尘后,被送至地下排烟通道。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; HY—F系列燃煤热风炉的主要特点:<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)HY—F系列热风炉执行国家机械行业标准JB/T6672.1—2001。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)HY—F系列热风炉由高效热烧室和换热器组合而成,以保证燃烧充分,热效率大于72%,输出的洁净空气温度在60~180℃。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)排出的烟气符合国家环保标准。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4)换热器采用悬置式结构,避免了热膨胀所引起的开焊问题;换热方式采用顺流和逆流组合形式,同时设有清灰门及清灰通道。合理地选用耐热钢及优质碳钢,使换热器的使用寿命大大提高。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (5)由于换热器是封闭的,因此输出的是洁净的热空气,温度的精度为±5℃,性能稳定。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (6)电控柜配有“手动”和“自动”两种控制方式。自动化程度高,操作简单,维修方便。电控柜还配置了测温装置,能够超温报警。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (7)为保证安全生产,采取如下的消防措施:将热风炉排放的烟气导入地下烟道,烟气管道铺设在地下约0.6m处,在排烟管道口下设有水井,水井与烟气通道相连,烟气通道长度不少于20m。在排烟通道口上端放有水泥盖板,可防止烟气中的火星飞溅。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; 电加热器能对空气直接加热,故热效率很高。电加热器工作时,特种带钢无明火,所以使用安全可靠,且无烟尘,不会污染棉花。电加热器的自动化程度高,温度控制准确,但电加热器的使用成本较高。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 燃烧系统的作用是为加热空气提供燃烧充分、稳定的火焰。该系统主要由喷嘴、油流量阀、雾化空气阀、助燃空气阀、通风室、燃烧室、操纵杆和压力调节器等组成。可以通过调节雾化空气阀和柴油压力调节器得到燃烧充分、稳定的火焰。一般地,油压越高,火焰就越强,通常油嘴进油压力以98.2~147.3kPa为宜。当油压一定时,雾化空气阀开得越大,风油流量比越大,火焰就越弱。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 助燃雾化系统的主要作用是将干净的空气送入油嘴,使柴油雾化。同时,将一部分空气送入燃烧器助燃,使燃油充分燃烧。它还有引燃液化石油气的助燃功能。该系统主要由助燃风机、空气过滤器、风管、节气阀、压力表、助燃空气阀和雾化空气阀组成。对一般轻柴油,风机的压力应为6886~8612Pa,对重柴油,风机的压力应大于10335Pa。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 供油系统的主要作用是为燃烧系统提供洁净而具有一定压力的稳定燃油。该系统主要由油泵、柴油过滤器、单向阀、溢流阀、调压器、压力表、进出油管和溢流管组成。油泵为CB—Bl型齿轮泵,流量1L/min,压力为2.5×10 Pa。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 燃烧器的工作原理是让清洁的柴油在高压齿轮泵和高压助燃风机的作用下,通过喷油嘴,产生高压油雾,并喷射到燃烧室内,由自动点火装置点燃后,经过精密调整使之充分燃烧,产生稳定的高温火焰,并对由送热风机引入通风室的空气进行加热。燃烧器能对空气直接加热,故热效率很高。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 但燃烧器具有使用不安全、易污染棉花(原因是火星易进入热空气管道,雾化燃烧不完全时,油滴、烟气易进入热空气管道)、使用成本高等缺点。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 子棉烘干的热能消耗与热空气的风量及热空气的温度有关。在空气的初始温度为21.1℃条件下,热能消耗可以从图7-4中查得。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 子棉烘干需要的热空气流量,与子棉输送量、子棉输送混合比及烘干机的类型有关。子棉烘干需要的热空气温度与子棉原回潮率、烘干机的类型有关。<br style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 子棉烘干的热能消耗决定了空气加热系统的设备配置和燃料的消耗。例如,每小时处理8~10t子棉,子棉原回潮率在12%左右,若采用蒸汽作热源,对于烘干效率较高的烘干机而言,每小时消耗的蒸汽在1t以内,可配置一个工作压力为392.8~785.6kPa,蒸发量为1t/h的锅炉。燃烧效率、燃烧值、供热装置能力等数据,可查阅相关的手册和说明书。</span></p><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph" id="autoparagraph" style="font-size: medium;
