margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: text; font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　答 还原染料用高温高压染色机时，深中色品种在工艺配方、操作合理的情况下，质量基本上符合要求。然而染浅色时，要求获得匀染效果较为困难。因为，还原染料在浸染时具有快速瞬染性，在染浅色品种时，特别在利用高温高压染色机时，由于纱线采用填装式和染液循环流动方式等条件与往复式绞纱染色机大不相同，因此匀染效果较难控制。在传统工艺中，还原染料染色温度的确定是根据染料的初染速率、平衡上染率、染色时染浴稳定性等，并掌握染浴中一定浓度的烧碱、保险粉，分别采用甲、乙、丙和特别法的染色温度。但在这些传统染色温度上，染料上染速率普遍较快，个别染料对温度的敏感性大，同时由于染色时温度较低，染料容易聚集，因此在染浅色时极易产生色花、色差、白节等染疵。如果适当提高染色温度，可能会产生下列情况。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
