<p><br></p><section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor" style="font-size: medium;"><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor"><p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　答 活性染料拼色时，应全面考虑色泽、固色方法、吸着速率以及染料的水解诸多问题。在色泽问题上，应先选择好主色染料，然后根据拼色原则，选择拼色用染料。在固色方法上，应注意染料的类型要基本相同，如普通型与普通型互拼，热固型与热固型互拼。因为普通型染料性质较活泼，吸着和固色温度都较低，碱剂用量也较少；热固型则相反，两者互拼，容易产生色差。在吸着速率方面，应选择吸着初速率较接近的活性染料互拼。如活性黄X一R和活性蓝）（-BR 互拼，由于前者初染速率高，上色较快，而后者初染速率低，染浅色时就容易造成色花。又如活性黄X-R与活性红X-38互拼，两者吸着率较接近，染色时不易产生色花等现象。在水解问题上，应选择染料的水解性能较接近的互拼为妥。如活性黄X-R和活性蓝x_一BR互拼，由于前者水解稳定性好，而后者较差，在续缸染色中，容易发生色差，蓝光逐渐减少。活性黄KD一3G和活性翠蓝K-G互拼，两者的水解稳定性能好，续缸染色时不易发生色差。<br>　　国产活性染料拼色用染料参考，见表3-2。</span></p><p style="font-size: 14px;"><br></p><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%" style="width: 784px;"><tbody><tr class="firstRow" style="height: 25px;"><td valign="top" width="87" height="25" style="border-width: 2px 1px 1px 2px;
