<section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor" style="font-size: medium;"><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor"><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　答 氧化染料又称毛皮染料，通常指能在毛皮上经氧化而形成的芳香胺类和氨基酚类等物质。一般毛皮经复鞣后、经媒染、而后用毛皮染料染色，并于纤维中氧化而成不溶性色泽。主要品种有：毛皮灰AL盐、毛皮棕EG、毛皮黄棕M、毛皮深棕NZ、毛皮黑D、毛皮黑DB等。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　毛皮染色举例（毛皮黑）。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　（1）将铬鞣和脱脂后的毛皮，进行媒染处理，媒染配方为：硫酸铜3～5g／L，冰醋酸1.5～2.5 mL／L，浴比1：（18～20），20～25℃处理20～24h。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　（2）染色：</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　①处方：毛皮黑DB 4～8g／L，30％双氧水4～8g／L。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　②工艺：浴比1：18，38～40℃下染色4～8h。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">　　毛皮黑DB用不同媒染剂时，在毛皮上的色泽也不同，毛皮黑DB无媒染色时为红棕色；用硫酸亚铁作媒染剂时（铁媒）为红棕色；用重铬酸钾作媒染剂时（铬媒）为深红棕色；用硫酸铜作媒染剂时（铜媒）为黑褐色。</span></p><p><br></p></section><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph"><p><br></p></section></section>
