padding: 0px; cursor: text; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　容布量在140～420m之间分档，每档间隔70m；蒸化时间为2.1～21min、4.2～42min；工作温度100～210℃；成环长度1.25～2.5m。箱体为密闭有底结构，进出布处均有汽封口，蒸箱内底部有直接蒸汽喷管供汽、给湿。顶部有间接蒸汽保温，防止滴水。湿空气经箱体下部左右两侧的四台离心风机吸入，由箱体两侧夹层风道内的热油加热器加热，温度可达185℃，再从顶部喷向织物，蒸汽按如图8-36所示路线循环。当采用饱和蒸汽汽蒸时，加热器内就不再需要输入热油，而是采用机外水箱填料式饱和蒸汽发生装置，从两侧中部喷射饱和蒸汽，用于常温常压蒸化。图8-37所示为该机成环机构及织物成环过程图。在蒸箱内左右两侧各有一条环形传动链，节距以夹持悬布辊。运行时，始终保持下方传动链上有五根悬布辊随传动链运行，导轨上则搁有33根自转悬布辊。当悬布辊通过喂布辊下方，织物被挂于悬布辊上成环，直至悬布辊被送到顶部导轨上，夹持器才将该悬布辊释放，使其与传动链脱离。此时装在导轨进口处的左右两只凸轮回转一圈，将悬布辊推入导轨并使所有悬布辊向前移动一个中心距距离。由于每根悬布辊两端装有滚轮，并在一端装有一只与链条啮合的链轮，因而当悬布辊在导轨上被凸轮推动时，能以很低的速度反方向自转，以自动变换悬挂织物与悬布辊面的接触位置，有利于均匀蒸化。在出布处脱离织物后的悬布辊又依次被夹持器夹持在传动链上，继续循环运行。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;
