overflow-wrap: break-word !important;" class=""><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 14px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">将PVA水溶液喷入高浓度Na2SO4溶液中凝固，凝固了的纤维在湿热条件下牵伸、干燥，再经干热牵伸，并加以热处理而制得。此法的优点是产量高、成本低，使用改性PVA，也有利于普通PVA在原液中改性。其缺点是工艺难度大，有Na2SO4进入纤维表面，难以生产不含Na2SO4盐而能溶于80℃以下水中的PVA纤维，且因凝固溶液中直接除去溶剂而使得纤维表面及内部结构出现不规则缺陷，强度改善受到了限制。</span></section><section style="margin: 0px;
