outline: none 0px !important;"></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin-bottom: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;">　　1、色相的深色渍，呈现于正反面的是胚布煮练不良造成；2、不同色相或色上还似，单面色渍，是染色机内不清洗布拖动时沾污色；3、方状形色渍分布在不规则位置，是织厂洗油渍后水洗不干净或洗后没有及时干燥，胚布储存过久所造成；4、横向有一定距离的横向色渍，煮练后水洗不净，停放过久，产生风痕所造成；5、硬块状焦油的色渍，是染料溶解温度过高，染料散性差，染溶PH值不当，胚布退浆除油不干净等所造成染色过程产生染料凝聚吸附在织物上；6、点状硬色渍是在喷水机落布不及时烘燥，以及烘燥织物沾胶辊，烘槽没有清洁洗结聚的染料的被燥织物沾附在布面上，加上不处理没有加强检查所造成（四） 防止措施：</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
