margin-bottom: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 目前,细络联有三种连接方式,分别为一对一单连、多对一连接和组对组群连。一对一单连是细纱机与自动络筒机一一对应,单线连接,1台细纱机绑定1台络筒机,络筒机之间没有连通,细纱机组与自动络筒机组之间的通道数量等于细纱机台数,通道数量最多。多对一连接是多台细纱机与1台自动络筒机连接,多台细纱机的管纱只能供应与之相连的络筒机,络筒机之间也没有连通,细纱机组与自动络筒机组之间的通道数量等于络筒机台数,通道数量较少。组对组群连是细纱机组与自动络筒机组连接,这个机组可以是全细纱车间的机台和全络筒车间的机台,也可以是这两个车间的各一部分机台。在这个连接系统内,细纱机台与络筒机台之间形成了台台通,其连接通道数等于细纱机台数与络筒机台数的乘积。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; outline: none 0px !important;"></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin-bottom: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 第一,灵活性。在正常工艺条件下,不同锭数细纱机配置络筒机锭数如表1所示,细纱机长车机型纺制29tex纱时,1台1680锭细纱机连接1台络筒机,这台络筒机的锭数为36锭,若纺制10tex纱,24锭就够了。千锭以下的细纱短车只能配20锭以下络筒机,但由于一对一方式必须是1台细纱机配1台络筒机,若使其产能平衡,整个车间就必然会出现机台长短不一、锭数各异的状态,从而使合理选择细纱机与络筒机单机锭数的灵活性丧失。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; outline: none 0px !important;"></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%; margin-bottom: 0px; clear: both; min-height: 1em; cursor: text; line-height: 1.75em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; outline: none 0px !important;"> 第二,适应性。为了验证一对一细络联系统的适应性,分离式系统中的6台络筒机采用分时段加工不同品种,而一对一细络联系统按细纱开台对应配置相同台数的络筒机分别加工4个品种。两种方式比较如表2所示。表2说明,对于设定的产品方案,分离式细络系统可以灵活的应对。一对一细络联系统的络筒机虽比分离式细络系统多配置了40锭,但分离式细络系统的总待机率只有1.69%,全部达到正匹配,而一对一细络联系统在总待机率达到13%的情况下,19.5tex纱却出现了负匹配,欠产9.1%。在这种连接体制下,络筒机的产量是不能以丰补歉的,产能过大的络筒机只能停产待机。这种1台细纱机绑定1台络筒机的连接方式扼制了络筒机产能的发挥,使设备产能利用率明显下降。</p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;
