由于做的品种复杂及织造难度的变化较大,对浆纱要求也非常严格,长期以来我们对喷气织机和浆纱关系并不是很清楚、所以导致在浆纱工艺上和技术要求上重视不够,后果是浆纱质量不稳定,布机效率长期处在忽高忽低状态,织造车间反应很大,所以浆纱必须适应现代织造要求,现在市面上的纺织品种繁多,难度越来越大要求也很高,浆纱如做不好布机也就开不好,织造疵布多不能适应市场,所以要充分认识高速喷气织机和浆纱的关系。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 1. 原纱要求</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 1.1.原纱指标</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 原纱选择是浆纱之前必须要做的第一项工作,首先是在指标上进行把关,不管是在纯棉还是涤棉混纺纱以及目前出现新型纤维纺纱,原纱各项质量指标必须符合浆纱要求、否则浆纱质量无法保证,在原纱上,适合喷气用棉纱条干CV值要选在09 乌斯特公报 25%以内,强力CV值在09 乌斯特公报 25%以内,3mm以上有害毛羽数在8根/m以内,整经百根万米断头数不超过0.5根,只有控制好原纱质量指标,浆纱质量才有保证。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 1.2.纤维性能</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 浆纱前还必须要了解纤维性能,目前各种新型纤维不断涌现,各种纤维与浆纱关系、纤维与浆料亲和性,这些都是必须了解的,比如棉纤维中含有羟基、那么在选择浆料时就要选择与棉具有亲和力的变性淀和环保型化学浆料。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 2.浆纱要求</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 2.1.上浆率</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 浆纱上浆率是浆纱工序一个重要指标,浆纱上浆率高低反应浆纱在喷气织机可织性,上浆率过高在织机上易产生脆断,布机断头率增高,布机效率就会降低,同时布机落浆也会增加。上浆率过低,浆纱耐磨性降低,会产生棉球,断头也会增加,上浆率过低甚至还会造成布机开不出来,影响上浆率还有浆料选择,要选择与纤维具有亲和力浆料才能保证经纱上浆,当然影响上浆率因素还有很多,诸如浆纱操作,调浆质量、浆槽温度、压浆辊压力,车速等等。所以把握好上浆率就是把握好浆纱质量。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 2.2.浆纱耐磨</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 对于喷气布机而言浆纱耐磨很重要,浆纱耐磨首先是原纱质量要好,原纱强力和CV值是很关键因素,如果原纱强力低CV值偏大、就是选择再好浆料都无法解决十万纬经断多问题,那些想通过降低原纱成本购买质量差原纱,然后通过浆纱来弥补原纱缺陷都是徒劳和无用的,另外原纱还要注意细节问题,原纱强力最薄弱的地方就是细节,细节也是浆纱最薄弱的地方,所以浆纱耐磨是建立在原纱质量基础上,浆膜强度只能反应浆料物理性能,在浆纱过程中浆料只是给经纱上一层浆贴伏毛羽,增强经纱的刚性使浆纱在织机上具有可织性,刚性增加也就增加浆纱的耐磨。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 2.3.毛羽贴伏</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 浆纱毛羽贴伏对浆纱而言是重要的,毛羽贴伏在浆纱首先必须要做好浆料选择,过分选择PVA并不是一种好的方法,大家知道PVA1799具有良好的成膜性和粘附性,浆膜强力大,易造成分绞困难,再生毛羽多反而不好,过分选择变性淀粉落浆会曾加,上浆率会增大掌握不好造成浆纱脆断。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 目前市场上出现许多高性能变性淀粉,但这些淀粉浆膜强度较大浆膜脆而硬,浆膜伸长率低不柔软,对毛羽贴伏不利,也有浆料公司经过研究生产高性能变性淀粉、浆膜伸长较大有利于经纱上浆和毛羽贴伏,所以贴伏毛羽选好浆料是首位的。其次是浆纱上机生产工艺,经纱表面毛羽较多在浆纱时要注意加上湿分绞棒,在很多企业挡车工不太愿意使用湿分绞棒,据有关资料介绍在浆纱过程加湿分绞棒和不加湿分绞棒毛羽贴伏差距很大。再有就是压浆辊压力大小对毛羽贴伏也很关键、压力大纤维间抱合较紧毛羽不易伸展毛羽贴伏好。烘筒温度对毛羽贴伏也起作用,目前浆纱机大多为烘筒烘燥,这有利于毛羽贴伏。过高烘筒温度对毛羽贴伏不利,所以浆纱毛羽贴伏是织机对浆纱质量最重要的要求之一。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 2.4.浆纱回潮</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 浆纱回潮对织机织造效果影响很大,浆纱回潮过小,在织造时会产生浆纱脆断,在浆纱时要根据织造车间温湿度、选用浆料性能、来确定浆纱回潮率大小,对于以淀粉为主浆料时回潮率可以放大些,织造车间湿度小时应该将浆纱回潮率放大些,根据目前多数企业经验、对于纯棉而言回潮率控制在8%-9%为好,对于涤棉回潮控制在4%-6%为好。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.浆纱实践</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 涤棉品种,原纱毛羽大,浆纱时浆液的渗透差,表面上浆率小,浆膜的完整度差,二次毛羽多,在织造过程中浆纱与停经片、综丝、钢筘之间摩擦力大,落浆很多。在织造时易起棉球,严重则整幅起球甚至报废,在实践过程中并不是增加PVA就能完全避免起球。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.1.品种1:T/C 45S×45S 133×70 90″平纹总经根数11869根</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.1.1.先进行配方1实践</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> <img 上述配方尽管使用PVA和变性淀粉为主,做涤棉45S应该是没有什么问题的,大家知道PVA1799具有良好的成膜性和粘附性,浆膜强力大,耐磨性好,聚合度大,醇解度高,浆膜强度大,但易造成分绞困难,再生毛羽多,于是就要与高浓低粘,水溶性好的变性淀粉和丙烯配合使用,可在实际的织造过程中还是不好,织机效率也只有65-75%之间,主要原因是PVA用量过大,在浆纱实际应用中出现较多的二次毛羽,造成织机开口不清纱线相互粘连,织机效率不高。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 此后与浆料生产商进行探讨和实验,采取降低PVA1799的使用量,目的是降低浆膜强度在浆纱分绞过程中不至于产生二次毛羽,另外在浆纱上机工艺上做些调整,由于以前工艺做此品种并不理想,所以在配方上进行大幅度调整,新配方如下:</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.1.2.进行配方2实践</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> <img 进行浆料配方2实践、发现经纱上浆毛羽比配方1少了很多,上浆浆膜的完整,在这个过程中我们对压浆辊压力作调整、采用前轻压、后重压、重披覆的工艺路线,在湿分绞区增加湿分绞棒使毛羽贴伏得更好些,配方2浆液粘度低有利于渗透,由于涤纶纤维是疏水性纤维且表面光滑、受外力作用时,纤维易产生滑移,浆液良好的渗透有利于增加纤维之间的粘合力和增加披覆,浆纱贴伏毛羽好纱干表面毛羽就少,对织机来说开口就比较清晰,断头减少棉球疵布基本消除,布机效率由配方1的65%-75%增加到85%-90,使用新配方不管是织机效率和成本均有了质的变化,而且在染厂退浆也容易,节约了用水量。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 我们通过对T/C 45S×45S 133×70 90″品种不同配方实践、产生良好效果。我们又与浆料生产商一起探讨对OE16×OE10120×60 63″进行上浆实践。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 因为气流纺纱工艺已经很成熟,各工厂为了节省成本,气流纺纱用于做纯棉高紧度的织物越来越多。为了开好OE16纱我们也做了该品种两种配方进行比较。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.2.品种2:OE16×OE10120×6063″斜纹总经根数7560根</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.2.1. 浆料配方3实践</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 由于气流纺纱粘度小吸浆较好,考虑到该品种织造还是有一定难度的,所以在配方中加了PVA1799和胶粉如表3。</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> <img 浆轴一出来就马上跟踪,结果发现断经偏高并有横档,根据上浆测试发现上浆率偏高,经分析上浆率过高将导致浆纱直径增大,布机织造时紧度增大打纬阻力也就大,就容易产生横档。所以对紧度过高的OE16浆纱上浆率不能过高,上浆率过高也会导致浆纱发硬产生脆断,但是上浆率过小会出现棉球,胶粉浆膜比较脆也会使浆纱发硬,因此经过织造结果分析、我们觉得需用一种浆膜比较柔软的浆料替代胶粉和PVA1799,而且上浆率又不能过高,且对OE纱粘附性要好,成膜性也好,为此又做了新配方如表4:</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> 3.2.2. 浆料配方4实践</p><p style="line-height:1.75em"> <img 经过两个品种的上浆实践、反映出高速喷气布机对浆纱的要求是比较高的,首先是浆纱使用原纱的质量,原纱质量必须适合喷气布机织造,这是先决条件。另外浆纱的某些工作不到位布机效率就会有不同的结果,浆纱不仅要控制好经纱的上浆率、回潮率、毛羽贴伏还要具有耐磨,当然还要选好浆料,了解浆料性能和浆膜形成机理和特点,还要设计出较好的浆料配方工艺,但这是在确保原纱质量的情况下,这样才能做好浆纱。当然还有浆纱管理和布机车间温湿度控制。</p><p
