visibility: visible; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">要做到细纱前罗拉钳口握持稳定不打滑,即不出“硬头”,似乎在现有条件下很难做到。从牵伸理论角度看,不出“硬头”就是处理好握持力与牵伸力或者引导力与控制力的矛盾。在牵伸过程中只要做到最小握持力始终大于最大牵伸力,前钳口线上浮游纤维引导力始终大于控制力,即属于比较理想的牵伸状态。高弹性是胶辊低硬度的基础,否则会产生塑性变形;但按现有技术,丁腈橡胶无法做到更小硬度(目前无法做到低于邵尔A60度)下的弹性恢复。聚氨酯胶辊硬度可以做到邵尔A55度,弹性恢复好于现有丁腈橡胶胶辊且更加耐磨,回磨周期可提高3~4倍,表面粗糙度可适当偏高且不影响条干和抗绕效果。对集聚纺而言,这种性能要求更高,因为集聚纺设备没有清洁辊,所以绕花对其成纱质量影响较大。</span></p></section></section><p style="margin-bottom: 0.1px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">CV</em>值,增加锭差。此外,现有牵伸装置工艺上往往存在喂入定量过大,牵伸倍数过大,导致纱疵、毛羽相应增加;隔距块或者隔距块控制棒过小也会造成短粗竹节相应增加。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0.1px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">μ</em>m为准,即胶辊硬度满足牵伸中弹性恢复要求,如采用低硬度聚氨酯胶辊。此外,如果前罗拉制造技术获得突破:即将现有斜齿改为人字交叉齿使前胶辊摩擦传动力得到左右平衡,或者在钳口工作面覆盖耐磨半弹性体,使上下均为弹性握持,可使前档压力在更小的条件下实现可靠握持。保持前钳口稳定的另一个重要条件是上、下胶圈控制纤维的稳定性,即运用可靠的器材做到上、下胶圈运行同步、无滑溜,即可满足纺纱牵伸稳定性要求。</span></p></section>
