<section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor"><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="123010"><section style="margin: 10px auto; background-color: #f8fbff;"><section style="display: flex;justify-content: flex-end;"><section style="width: 0px; height: 1px; border-top: 10px solid rgb(254, 193, 52); border-left: 10px solid transparent; overflow: hidden;"></section></section><section data-autoskip="1" class="135brush" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: transparent; padding: 0px 15px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">涤纶仿真丝织物有许多品种，如涤纶绸、涤双绉、涤丝纺、雪纺等，由于其产品的组织结构不同，织造方法不同而产生多种涤纶仿真丝产品，一般需通过印染后处理加工才能充分体现出涤纶仿真丝绸的品质，而要达到这一目的，不同的坯绸必须选择相应的设备和合适的加工手段进行加工。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　以涤双绉为例，必须在松式条件下进行前处理、染色等工序,较适合的设备是高温高压溢流染色机和卧式的喷射染色机。织物流速可在60-400m/min范围内调整，浴比1:8-1:12为好。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　高温高压溢流染色机一般自动化程度越高，操作越简单，当然也可选用半自动的溢流染色机生产。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　选用高温高压溢流染色机时要注意浴比要小，可节约能源和染化料,织物在运行中张力较小，且需操作简易,不易发生折皱和缠结。同时选用高温性能稳定.染液流动性大及良好的喷液系统，可适应不同重量的涤纶仿真丝织物。使织物无论在前处理或染色时都达到均匀、透彻，手感柔软。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　而在卧式喷射溢流染色机中，坯绸通过花篮盘到喷嘴，它的喷嘴到液面的距离较短，经向所受张力同样较小。对保持涤双绉的绉效应非常有利。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　已经过预定形的涤双绉如进入高温高压染色时,再次经历高温湿热处理，虽然染色温度低于预定形温度,但涤纶在水中受到水分子的增塑作用，部分涤纶分子会发生重排，可提高涤纶的结晶区，减少无定形区。因此经预定形后的涤双绉通过染色后其绉效应更细、更紧密。染色后通过定形可回复到所需的门幅。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　如果是对于涤平纺之类的平纹织物,则印染后整理设备的选择，最好是平幅加工的,如小张力卷染机、轧染机等。以保证织物在整个加工过程中布面平整,不易产生皱印，同时可达到染色均一的目的。对于设备的选择可参考表70。</p><p><br></p><p style=";line-height:1.75em">　　<img src="https://bexp.135editor.com/files/users/390/3900717/202302/nuWJOPGj_JaSw.png?auth_key=1676217599-0-0-7862201d6f74ff0985deaff64adc7770" style="vertical-align:inherit;" data-ratio="1" alt="image.png"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><section style="width: 0px; height: 1px; border-bottom: 10px solid rgb(0, 128, 255); border-right: 10px solid transparent;"><br></section></section></section></section><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph"><p><br></p></section></section>
